Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our central warehouse, ensuring you use a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition and functionality of the device, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
